The event was held at Broughton Pool, Salford and was attended by: The Right Worshipful Mayor of the City of Salford, Councillor Rodger William Lightup and his Mayoress Mrs Valerie Fleet. The Worshipful Mayor of Bolton, Councillor Norman Critchley and his Mayoress Mrs Delyse Critchley.
